Olivia's "baby"

The pink kitty with the bunny suit on that you see in these pics is Olivia's "baby." She got this last Easter from her Grandma Ferguson. The last couple months she has been carrying it around everywhere with her. I think it help that the hood has a satin liner in it and she is constantly rubbing it. She does everything with her baby, she steals Isabelle's binky and gives it to her baby, along with Isabelle's bottle! She also sleeps with her baby and wraps her up in Isabelle's blankeys. She gives her baby lots of kisses and hugs and sometimes even shares her baby with Isabelle. I recently threw her baby in the washing machine because it smelled awful and was sticky. I was terrified that it would come out in shreds but it actually was perfect, smelled wonderful and was much brighter than before!

p.s I put the picture of her eyes on here because I thought it was a cool pic! You can almost see every hair on her face!!! hehe.

Grandpa's

Every Sunday we go to my Dad's house for dinner. A couple Sundays ago my Dad made chicken parmesan and Olivia loved it! She wouldn't stop shoving handfuls of noodles and chicken in her mouth. It was quite funny, and the harder we all laughed the faster she was shoving food in her mouth! Normally I probably wouldn't have let her get this messy, but she is always leaving Grandpa's house messy because he spoils her so much:) He always makes sure to have a special dessert for her and is always sneaking her cookies or bread before dinner and it usually ends up all over her shirt! She loves it and is always following Grandpa around and reaching for him to pick her up so she can help make dinner with him! I can remember vaguely when I was a little girl probably a little older than Olivia always going over to my Grandpa's (my dad's father) for dinner with my family on a regular basis. I can't remember everything, but I know I had fun because there are pictures to prove it! I am so glad that my girls are able to spend time with all of their Grandparents on a regular basis:)

Ribbon pillow

My cousin made this really cute little pillow with different ribbon tags attached to it for Isabelle, but guess who stole it??? Olivia loves the big satin tag on the back and I catch her carrying this around often. I told her she can play with it for now but she will have to learn to share it once Isabelle starts playing with toys. She shook her head and said uh uh! Thank you for the pillow Amy! Oh and the cookies were good too!!!!

More pictures

So it is has been about 2 and 1/2 weeks since we brought Isabelle home. I can't believe it! Everything is going really good. Isabelle finally gained back her weight and was back at her birth weight as of Monday, but I think she is zooming past it now since she has been eating like a little piggy! Olivia is doing really well with her besides stealing her blankets from her occasionally! She loves to give her kisses and help Mommy burp the baby. Isabelle is waking up about 3 times a night for about 30-60 min depending on how gassy she is after she eats. I am tired but I get to catch a small nap sometimes and am getting used to getting less sleep! Olivia is still sleeping 10-11 hours all night! I envy her :)

February 2. 2009

This is the day that our baby girl will be born...unless she comes before! We will be going into the hospital Monday morning and my doctor said she will break my water and she should come soon after, since I am already dilated...hopefully this is the case! I am excited and of course nervous. I don't want to be away from Olivia for 2 whole nights, even though I will see her during the day. I am going to miss her like crazy and I hope she doesn't think that something is wrong. I am sure she will have tons of fun and not even know I am gone :) Anyways I am sure I will be busy this weekend cleaning and getting things done around the house but I will be sure to post some pics when we all return home sometime around Wednesday!

Bounce it out

On Friday we took Olivia to Bounce it out. It was really cool, there was like 10 huge inflatable bouncy things for kids 10 and under. This one was the only one that wasn't completely covered with only one way in and one way out for children under 3 so Olivia spent most of her time in this. Her Daddy did squeeze into some of the other ones with her to take her down some slides which she seemed to enjoy. I think her favorite part was just running around the huge open floor space after all of the other kids! I would have had a lot more pictures but I of course forgot my camera so I had to use the camera phone. I definately want to take her back again, it was only $5 for her to play as long as she wanted and she had a lot of fun:)
